Lorraine and her team are awesome! Definitely go to her for all your dental needs. I only switched when it didn’t make sense given my work/home location.

Went to her for a while. She botched a root canal twice. Sent me to a specialist. She did the final crown on Dec 23, then went on vacation. She used temp cement, so the crown popped off that night. She was off on holiday. I had to find another doctor. She still charged me for that batched crown.

super efficient. I have been seeing Lorraine for many years and she always gets me out of the chair in good time. She is personable and experienced and is very hands-on - she often does cleanings herself. She has the latest digital Xray equipment so we can look at images together quickly.

I was a client here a few years ago. The experience at the time was uncomfortable and awkward. Since I’ve moved away from SF, my new dentist has reviewed my fillings which Lorraine had done and found decay. Fixing the problem is going to cost over a thousand dollars. Stay away.

Great dentist! Usually she does your cleaning as well as your checkups. Have been going to her for over 8 years, twice a year and actually look forward to it each time.
