I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and the staff are great. I don’t know why there are many negative comments on here. Yes you have to wait your turn which can take a while, just bring something to read or listen to. The receptionists are super kind and helpful and the eye doctor always does a great job.

The office is small and crowded. Bad service. They also don't take credit cards. I ended up walking out.

Horrible Horrible service. I waited 1 hour and a half just to get into the actual room where you get your test. Then i still had to wait. I admit using profanity while on a call with a friend, because i was upset about the wait and the fact that i had seen them attend some who came after me. Since I used profanity the doctor new i was upset so instead of being understanding and giving good costumer service i get refused service!! AFTER I WAITED 1hr30 again mind you i came in WITH an APPOINTMENT (10:15 am it was 11:35 when this horrible service happened) it was just crazy to me, im goin to lash out, idk who wouldn’t. beside that horrible experience now with the doctor, the front lady’s are just as horrible, with a nasty attitude towards elderly and disabled. Everyone there needs to be humbl

The front office has the worst attitude all I asked if my daughters glasses would come in on time for her bday and she said with a smirk in her face "unless your paying cash."If I could afford I would.The optometrist was super wonderful no complaints.

These guys are shady as hell. They charged my insurance $150 for 3 boxes of 6 lenses but once I look up the prices online they're cheaper. Once I brought this up to their attention I was told that that what they charge. Definitely not coming to this place again. I could've had double the contacts for just a few bucks more.
