The store is great, lots of solid durable medical equipment you can find near you. The low point is directed at one of the pharmacists so-called MV. Patients come in at rush hour asking for vaccine or medication option. He rudely sweeps you to the side talking down to you all the while insisting he has a great suggestion. Pharmacy closes--your trusted advisor has deserted you for the day.

It's obvious the antipathic pharmacist in his mid-30s is too overworked to show regular customers a crumb of respect assuming he had any to begin with. My lovely wife caught the dose, dosage, and product anomalies on separate occasions but decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. When hearing him counsel, she heard an exhausted, heavy voice suggesting overt fatigue. He can improve on paying attention to us, I feel he did not like her Portuguese accent.

Constantly lie about prescription being ready. I have come twice to pick a medication for my grandmother that they called and informed was ready on Saturday 12/27. Sunday 12/28 when I come to pick you up I was advised it wasn’t available because shipments don’t come on weekends. That it would available the following day after 2pm. I came the Tuesday and prescription is still not ready. I have to wait for it be filled despite being told it was ready on several accounts. My grandfather who I’m a care giver has dementia and doesn’t like waiting or crowds. You would think that they would be more sympathetic towards their elderly clients by being honest and working with a sense of responsibility and urgency. Take your prescription to bigger pharmacist. My parents have been coming here for over 40 years. The best thing about this location is that everyone speaks Spanish. But make no it's always pretty busy. Make note that the Pfizer covid-19 shot is being given here, and the flu shot.
