Looysen I Care

Friendly staff. Not happy with quality of glasses for the very high price I paid. My prescription is only good for 1 year, which I can't. Believe,it's always 2 years in fargo. Not very knowledgeable in putting right type of lens in my glasses

They are always so fast and thorough with me and my kids. The gals are always so nice and easy to work with. They are very helpful. Dr. Alex always explains it in normal words so we can understand our eyes health.

Great group of folks — they worked with me to determine my benefits and needs and addressed all my questions. Dr Alex was very thorough at explaining the health of my eyes and my future eye health as well. From reception to closing, it was a great visit with no waiting around.

From the minute I walked in the door the receptionist was so polite, kind, and helpful ! And Dr. Loosen and his assistant were so thorough and also very kind. And then you go to pick out your glasses which she was most. helpful and explained things to to me. All in all it was a very pleasant appointment and I was very pleased with all of them when I left. Thanks to all of you !

My experience has been nothing but excellent with Looysen I Care. Before today, I had visited Looysen I Care because the glasses I purchased elsewhere were broken and unusable in their current condition . . . Looysen I Care went above and beyond to help me out in my time of need a couple of times. Now, I visited for the first time as a customer for exam and purchase of glasses and it has been nothing but an outstanding experience. Great people who are friendly and kind, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! Can't say enough good about this team! Thanks!
