Loosen Up Massage Therapy

I went to see Brent after seeing him highly recommended in a local Facebook group, and I’m really glad I did. His pressure was spot on the entire session. I usually don’t love a lot of stretching during a massage, but the way he incorporated it was just right and actually felt great. Beyond the work itself, Brent was incredibly easy to talk to and had a calm, comfortable energy that made it very easy to relax. The whole experience felt natural and unforced. It was absolutely worth the drive from Chesapeake, and I’ll definitely be back.

Brent is a fantastic massage therapist and all around wonderful person. I frequently experience migraines and have gone to see Brent multiple times for neck and back tension. He addresses my concerns and I always leave feeling more relaxed and at ease while also being in less pain. My family also goes to see Brent and loves receiving gift cards for his services.

Highly recommend Brent with Loosen Up Massage Therapy! I went yesterday with a super stiff neck and upper back, and I’m already feeling so much better today. Booking was easy, the location was convenient, and the space was clean and professional. Brent gave a great massage and really knew how to work through the tension. I'm new to Virginia Beach, and there are a lot of massage places to choose from! I've been having back and neck pain that really needed attention so I took a leap and tried Brent at Loosen Up. Great decision! He is a good listener, and customized the massage to my needs. He was very attentive to me and matched his conversational mode to mine - talking when i talked and quiet when I was. I made a second appointment before I left! And my pain has decreased by the way. :-)
