So grateful for Dr. Mika and LBEMC!! Dr. Mika is amazing! She is always on time if not early, incredibly thorough and takes the time to fully explain everything, and I know I can trust her opinion 100%. For just routine visits and emergencies too, I know that my horses are in the best care with LBEMC! 🦄

The Loomis equine team took excellent care of my horse. Bailey helped coordinate our registration, drop off and pick up, she was friendly and professional. Our triage team evaluated and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. We boarded overnight and Dr. Knott preformed an excision and closed the site beautifully. The facility is beautiful, clean, and I received excellent care.

We had a very bad experience at this facility. We had a very sick baby goat. We had been treated at a wonderful vet in Auburn, but as his symptoms progressed we needed to go to a larger facility so that Eddie could get fluids and more advanced care. The receptionist was very nice..but after that it was not good. Although the vet seemed to know what she was doing, she had no compassion, did not explain anything to us and treated us like we were a bother that needed to go home. This was our pet and we really loved him and were very concerned about him. He died late that night. We just found out that he was euthanized..(saw it on a bill I just received)...we were not aware of this, did not get asked if we wanted to do this and did not get asked if we wanted to be there to say good bye. Loomis Basin is the most amazing clinic/surgery center that I have ever been to. They service customers up to (and sometimes over) a 2 hour radius away from the main hospital making veterinary care available for everyone 24/7 no matter how far in the boonies you live. All of the vets there are some of the most caring and knowledgeable people that I have ever worked with. Their facility is clean and beautiful and the nicest equine clinic I have ever seen. They provide the upmost care and I recommend them to everyone!

I've been a patient here for many years. I truly respect n appreciate Dr Stolba wisdom, professionalism when treating or caring for my horses. Never once has there been any wrong advice or care. Hoping to continue here as long as I have horses. Always enjoy their clinics as well. Very informative. Thank you to all staff at LMBEC.
