I started seeing Thomas S. at Longevity after subluxing my shoulder. I began physical therapy with a lot of fear around using my shoulder again, and Thomas was incredible at encouraging me to challenge myself while proactively adjusting my regimen based on his intuitive understanding of my injury. After an MRI confirmed I had a torn labrum, my doctor advised that I could either undergo surgery or take a more conservative route with continued physical therapy. I am so glad I chose to continue PT; thanks to Thomas’s expertise and guidance, I’m back to about 90% functionality in my shoulder! I truly couldn’t have made this level of progress without him.
