Receptionists are always nice, greet you with a smile as soon as you come in the door. Dr V is great! I’ve been seeing him for about 10/11 years. His assistants have always been nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They ladies at the eyeglass/contact are very helpful and can help you through the whole process of what your insurance will cover. (They’ve also helped me with which glasses look better for my face shape! Love them to pieces. So helpful every time.

I have been using Dr. Villaphane for a quite a few years and have been extremely pleased with his expertise and knowledge on my eyes. He has been very professional and his staff are very well friendly, Also trained in what they do. I trust him with my eyesight whole heartedly! He doesn’t do surgery but Dr Long does and he is very professional with taking cataracts off or whatever you may need done with your eyes. My opinion about the 2 Drs and medical staff they are the best. Linda.

I have been going to Long Vision Center for a few years now and have always had good experiences. This last visit has me blown away. Mrs. Katy who helped me figure out and finalize payments, insurance and such was soooo patient with me as I took way too long to pick new frames. She was so kind and helpful as well as other ladies who work in the glasses and contacts area. You ladies are awesome! There were others involved in making this experience great today and I wish I had everyone’s name but thank you for your kindness and Dr. Villafane for a great experience!

The young lady (If she said her name, I missed it.) did a very thorough pre-check before seeing the doctor. She put me through all the vision checks and was very personable. I enjoyed working with her. After waiting for the dilation to take effect, I was seen by Dr. Villafane. He was very professional, checked the interior of my eyes, and gave me his usual speil of what to do if I have any problems. After declaring my eyesight normal, he prescribed glasses for me.

Long Vision Center has been my choice for eye care for 21 years. I have always received professional, caring and concerned care by the doctors and the staff. I recommended several family members and friends. All are pleased with their eye care experiences.
