Long Ridge Dental

Sorry to say, but this is a really unhygienic for a dental office. It's giving- no infection control protocols. The heat was on full blast, making it feel like 90 degrees in the middle of winter. There are no sinks in the exam room, so no rinsing of debris from your mouth. Where do the providers wash their hands? The X-ray tech -though very nice- did not place the plastic coverings on the equipment. They touched uncovered surfaces with the same gloves as they touched my mouth--and I only noticed this after all my X-rays were done. Then the dentist came in, looked at my (fuzzy) X-rays for maybe 30 seconds, and diagnosed 3 root canals. I was unclear why, and wanted her to show me what the xrays told her. When I asked for more details, she seemed frustrated with me. I won't be going back. 1

I had a really great experience at Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free. I especially want to shout out Lydia, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She went out of her way to answer my questions, made sure I understood everything, and genuinely cared about making my visit a good one. Her attitude and professionalism made a huge difference.

Excellent service. My dentist and the administrative staff are very kind and professional. Evelyn and Juan from the administration are especially helpful and friendly. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Highly recommended!

I always great painless cleanings here. Very thorough and understanding staff. And they usually have good availability and can work with my schedule!
