I have been a patient of Dr. Keene’s for a number of years. He has always been very professional and thorough, patiently answering all of my many questions! He even talks you through what will happen during and after each procedure. I can’t say enough about how comfortable he made me feel about my surgeries. Recovery was always exactly as he explained it would be. Highly recommend him and the awesome office staff at every location I have visited!

I am updating & clarifying a review. I neglected to note in my previous review that my previous billing issues in no way reflected the care that I received from Dr. Keene. He is a competent & caring physician. Long Island Center for Oral Surgery has since responded to my billing inquiry & has been helpful in promptly resolving any pending issues.

Dr. Keene was my first visit to an oral surgeon & I had a serious tooth infection, facial swelling, etc... I remember his staff were very friendly and comforting. Dr. Keene explained everything about the procedure beforehand. He talked me through it, & was a really nice & knowledgeable doctor, with plenty of experience handling infections like mine. My procedure was all taken care of in about a half hour or less. I'd highly recommend him to anyone. My followup appointments went smooth as well.

I returned to Dr. Keene to check the emergency treatment that I had done while I was on vacation after an implant. He screamed at me , and belittled the dentist that I saw . He continued to yell at me until I left the office. He must have realized he was acting like a crazy person bc he called my house to apologize to me . I was not home so he apologized to my husband who wasn't even with me at the appointment and knew nothing about it. The dentist who helped me saved my family vacation and Dr Keene should not have lashed out at him for helping me and lashed out at me for going to him. He's a good dentist but don't cross him.
