They're thorough, polite, accurate, quick and so much more. You can walk your prescription in, and they will fill it for you right then. I can call in a refill and drive there right after, and it will be ready. I live less than 2 miles away. I honestly don't have anything bad to say about them. They have a lot of fun stuff to look at and shop for, if you're interested. You won't be disappointed. It's a small hometown pharmacy. They have a branch in Ocean Park WA and Ilwaco WA, too💕
I came in to buy a covid test, the sign said to mask up before entering if you had symptoms. I had a runny nose so I did so and sanitized my hands. The lady at the counter shouted at me that I needed to leave and wasn't allowed in there straight off the bat unprovoked. We were standing at the register that is ~10ft in the door and she had the test in her hand yet was telling me to leave instead of just ringing me up. She reluctantly let me buy it and signed for MY card purchase so I wouldn't touch anything. If it said I couldn't have entered I wouldn't have. But I left feeling horrible by how I was treated. I went home and took the test and it was negative too. Do they prefer people not mask up and lie so they can potentially spread illness? Because this lady might harrass you for being sa
Pharmacy/store staff were so friendly! Matt, the pharmacist on duty, went above and beyond to make sure I was properly taken care of with proper dosing. I'm from out of state and my unique situation prevented anything to change. MATT, the pharmacist, gave great advice staying within his boundaries of ethics and licensing. I cannot express enough how much I truly appreciated this facility's assistance in this matter.
I came to pick up a compounded product....the sales staff was a bit abrupt. I was uncertain where to go. She could have stated all pick-ups were right there and saved me some foot work. The unsolicited gentleman behind me says, she could have done a better job as we walked to the car....and I across the back lot to the pharmacy...No big deal really, but when I returned again to pick up my Rx, I spoke with her again and Said: "I've been self employed most of my life and you could of done a better job with information....you were a bit abrupt. She then doubled down on her attitude! Oh Boy. She's clearly worked there too long and feels a bit entitled. This older gal needs a bit of training in customer service kindness. Very rude. Wouldn't allow me to pay with cash as she already counted her till. Website says 5:30 they actully close at 5. As soon as I arrived I was told to hurry up they close in 3 minutes. Very bad customer service. I do alot of business here, and I'll be taking that elsewhere from now on. Change the website for accurate hours. And train your people on customer service.
