I woke up at 1am in the most intense pain I have ever felt in my entire life from foot-pain. (My 3-month long jaw-surgery recovery was a stubbed toe compared to this!) I scheduled a visit for the soonest time availible, Weds at 8:45. Went in that morning and unfortunately learned that it was for *next week* Weds (My fault for not reading clearly), but the amazing receptionist was able to squeeze me in a spot same day for noon. Went back later at noon and after Dr Brockbank asked a lot of great questions, found that I have Gout in my foot which was the source of the intense pain. Prescribed me a steroid that helped IMMEDIATELY, and I've got a follow up visit for next week to get the prescription that will help reduce the Euric acid. Dr. Brockbank has been very accommodating has done a good job as far as I can see so far everything looks good

Dr Brockbank was truly amazing. For the in grown toe nail removal I had to get done they had to use shots for numbing and I was incredibly scared and he talked me through the whole thing and made it so much easier. I also brought my seven month old baby, and they were all really nice to her as other places, sometimes discriminate against bringing children. I’m so glad that this is the first place I called and went to. They are all phenomenal!

Very happy with our entire experience from first appointment to surgery, nothing but kindness, competence and haste. Very grateful for Dr Brockbank, his staff and the lovely hospital staff and Nurses.

Dr. Brockbank is very knowledgeable and practical in his approach. He is a man of refined character, warm and friendly. I highly recommend him.
