Friendly, helpful and precise on their perscription fullfillment. They filled mine when walgreens in Missoula was like sorry we are on backorder for that.🤪 So get pharmacy and what a cute gift shop and store!

I just came on this website to check Lolo Drug’s hours because I need to pick up a prescription on a Saturday, and was really surprised to see all the negative reviews. I just wanted to say that I’ve been using Lolo Drug for over 10 years and Cory and the rest of the staff have always been really great. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait at the register for chitchat with the customer in front of me, and I indulge in chitchat too, and I guess because I’ve just come to expect that is being part of their friendly customer service, I’ve never seen that as a downside. I’m sorry to everyone who has had a negative or difficult experience but I think Lolo Drug is wonderful.

Cory is super rude and very unprofessional, always acting like he supersedes our doctors orders. Every single time we have to pick up refills we have issues with him. We don’t live in Lolo so having to make several trips because he’s never willing to listen just isn’t worth it. We’re pulling everything and going to another pharmacy, not worth the grief! And then he had the audacity to blame the customer for HIS behavior! WOW!

I've been utilizing Lolo Drug for the previous six years. The staff is friendly and filling prescriptions had been great. Within the last year or so It has been a nightmare. Pharmacist Cory is rude and unprofessional. He consistently defies my providers orders appearing to know more than my doctor. My provider consistently needs to call in prescriptions and orders due to what all I can assume is his ego getting in the way of his job. My provider is beyond frustrated with her submitted orders being questioned and not filled. This afternoon while inquiring about my prescriptions Cory was extremely rude again. I can't stand big pharma but atleast CVS can fill a prescription as ordered, and will now get my business.
