Visited them over a year ago and everything went great. Paid the bill and thought that was the end of it. Then today got a letter in the mail from a collection agency saying that we had a ~35 dollar outstanding balance that we needed to pay? I pay all bills the day that I get them to avoid things like this. There could be a little more communication between parties to prevent frustration. Sending someone to a collection agency can harm their credit score and have large ramifications for their future.

Among all the doctors we visited last year, they somehow failed to receive our insurance information. They waited over six months to attempt to file the insurance to the wrong insurer. After it was denied they came to us to get the correct insurance which unfortunately was 3 months too late to be considered a "timely" claim. After over a year from the original visit we received a full price bill which was "negotiated" to a copay which isn't what we would have originally paid. We should have paid $0 out of pocket. Not a happy camper. Don't expect a repeat visit.

Paid a bill for a service that I didn't get done with this doctor in 2017. Years later I am currently arguing with collection agency of said bill that they never received a payment and have no records at all!!! Now i am sending bank statement that they have taken my money willingly from me and it is them!! NO Records? YEAH RIGHT!!! MY BANK ACCOUNT DOESN'T LIE FROM MY BILL SPENDINGS!!!

I came in to Logan Hospital after a fall off the porch. I'm 62, I still think I have broken ribs and if their techs cannot take good enough pics, then they need to get new ones. The radiology group missed 2 broken bones in the foot, that the foot doctor caught. Using a hand held X-ray. Easily seen. This isn't the first time I have had issues

I received a couple of text and a bill. It didn't have any information for a date of service, the provider that order it, what service was completed. I actually have thought it was a scam until I went to the website and see they are an actual company. My insurance has no service rendered or billed from them.
