Logan Health - Whitefish

I am deeply disturbed by the way my child and I were treated at this hospital. Instead of receiving compassionate and respectful care, we were subjected to discriminatory behavior that was humiliating and emotionally distressing. Staff spoke to me in a dismissive and condescending manner, made inappropriate assumptions, and treated both me and my child as if we were a problem rather than patients in need of care. The way we were handled left us feeling judged, embarrassed, and powerless in a setting where trust and dignity should be a given. Specifically RN working on 1/22 in the ER No parent should have to watch their child be treated this way, and no patient should leave a hospital feeling degraded or discriminated against. This experience reflects a serious failure in professionalism,

Excellent experience. The care, the attentiveness, the Doctor's thoroughness in explaining the pre and post op process. Doctor Gregorius and Doctor Holly. I had a total knee replacement and was a bit anxious yet, it was all a smooth well orchestrated process from the very beginning

Today was a sad day and we lost my grandmother but I just wanted to say thank you to the Santa that happened to be passing through. What a wonderful person because you put a smile on my son's facewho knew you were Santa haha and That put a smile on my face. And because he was too young to realize the severity of why we were there, so that brief moment of joy definitely helped. Thank you.

North Valley Hospital/Logan Health Whitefish always provides exceptional, professional care while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere. My "Care Team" in the Infusion Center Whitefish may have been strangers when I walked in, but we were friendly acquaintances when I walked out. Thank you for preserving the NVH/Logan Health Whitefish "home town" feeling.

Had three tests scheduled. Got in right away. Didn't have to wait in between. Very friendly polite, and caring staff. Very relaxing atmosphere
