Lofland Park Center

My 97 year old mom just got admitted. I was impressed with the friendliness and how the room is setup. Two to a room but staggered not side by side. Much more a feeling of privacy. Off to a good start

I originally shared a negative post after an experience we had with my mother-in-law who has Alzheimer’s that had a short stay at Loftland Park. However, after voicing my concerns, I can’t tell you how many people from Loftland had reached out to me to express concerns about my review. After speaking with them and hearing the detail reporting they had. I realized how serious they take these reviews and how quickly they they addressed all my concerns which i do understand perhaps i jumped to conclusions without getting all the facts. I will definitely give Loftland another try.

I would like to give a big thank you to the staff at Lofland park center. Each department did their very best to make sure that my mother’s stay was as pleasant as possible. She shared many positive comments on how she was treated and cared for. From my heart to yours thank you so much ❤️

How is there not negative stars for places like this? This place is so wretched and horrible, and it seems to follow the name Genesis, which is the mother company. How does someone go somewhere to recover from a stroke and come out way worse, wheelchair never returned and the patient has only 1 leg, clothing lost, someone there tampered with her health insurance and had it changed without permission, her ankle was shattered at the other genesis facility before going to this place after the surgeries to repair her ankle with screws and pins. Just a terrible experience with the 2 genesis rehab facilities in seaford, if you care about your loved ones this place shouldn't even be considered, not even as a last resort

some of the staff do not care about the residents in here sadly. Some of them are sleeping or going LIVE while working. there are cockroaches running around everywhere. Staff love rumors and spreading it. Some of the beds are cranky and old. and overwork there staff.
