We had a slight misunderstanding and I was very unhappy. The manager called me and was able to help me with the situation. I am happy we were able to come to a resolution and fix everything.

The staff is well informed and pleasant. Answered my questions and helped to make correct decisions for me. The prices are competitive and affordable. The staff also thanked me for being patient. The store is well stocked.

After 4 of almost 5 months in physical rehab, I knew I'd be in need of a fully electric hospital bed when I returned home. Spoke to Debbie over the phone and she was able to hook me up with short notice. They delivered the bed same day I returned home. Emerick the delivery guy was very nice. He even put my skis on the bottom of my walker for me. The whole experience was nothing less than 10 stars. Definitely recommend.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff, they seem to have whatever you need in stock. SO glad I stayed local with a large purchase. I got a much better price & EVERYONE was so helpful and polite. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the set-up in my home. They even provided the serial number of the product on a couple different receipts for me! I didn't have to crawl around and tear things apart to find it myself! Highly recommend!
