I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and an exam several weeks out. I even called to confirm the appointment, and the receptionist confirmed that the appointment was for both a cleaning and an exam. When I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I completed their questionnaire within a few minutes. They then kept me waiting for 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Finally, after 40 minutes, I was called into one of the rooms to complete an exam with one of the dental hygienists. After completing the exam, I was informed that the doctor would be with me shortly. I then waited patiently as minutes turned into hours.
