Local MD Urgent Care

Very professional and fast service. Dr River was so attentive and he actually listened to my concern. First Dr in years who actually prescribed medicine to assist with my symptoms. Most just tell you what they cannot do or prescribe basically go home and let the illness take its course. So I was really happy he did not do this. Then the Pharmacy claimed they never received the prescriptions. The on call nurse contacted them and ensured they received my prescriptions and received a time for me when the medicine would be ready. She did not even have to call me back but she did inform me of this. How sweet of her and she even recommended what I could take until the back order medicine was received and filled. I was initially like let me try this clinic instead of the ER. Glad I did🥰

I was seen very quickly, and the location was clean. The nurse was extremely attentive, and the nurse practitioner was just as thorough and caring. The nurse on call recognized my illness almost immediately, which really impressed me. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend this urgent care facility.

The facility is not clean at all. When I walked in, I was greeted with a strong poop smell. When I used the bathroom, it was filthy. The room I was assigned was dirty as well. I was told to perform a self swab on myself and when I asked to be seen by a doctor instead, the attitudes began. Staff were not professional, knowledgeable, or friendly. I had to keep asking questions instead of being walked through my visit.

If I could give this a negative score I would. I understand this is a “job,” so that means staff gets paid to “care.” I walked in yesterday Friday 02/27/2026 followed by a lady holding a baby in a car seat, we were turned around by the front desk being told they had stop seeing patients at 6:30pm - when the building hours clearly states 8am to 8pm. Very unprofessional, extreme lack of care, and no concern for the public health needs.

Good clinic. Fast so a little rushed. Not too thorough though but very knowledgeable even without the full exam. Didn’t do a physical exam but did give x rays.
