Doc Lo is The BEST! Always takes enough time, very thorough, extremely pleasant, and will explain things in layman's terms. Her patient-side manner puts you at ease, even when delivering serious news or outlining necessary steps to address an unhealthy condition. Makes you believe that you CAN overcome issues, outlines what steps should be done and gives you the right amount of tough-love to motivate without being preachy. Highly recommended. Support staff are great, too--very personable and not overly "clinical."
