Lo Cost Pharmacy

I'm so glad I switched to this pharmacy. These are the nicest people.. efficient, kind, and communicative. They know when to order meds so you're not waiting without meds for a week. Best pharmacy I've visited in a long time

I accidentally sent a new prescription to this pharmacy instead of my usual spot, so they needed to verify some insurance information. After giving the associate everything twice and being placed on a lengthy hold twice, I was transferred to the Pharmacy manager Melissa. She, too, was unable to process my information. Having been on the phone for approximately half an hour, I asked them to cancel the order, and that I would just have the order sent to my normal pharmacy. I was calm and not rude. Unfortunately, Melissa seemed to take this personally, got irritated, told me there was no reason for me to be upset, and hung up on me. This is not how you treat people. Perhaps Melissa was just having a bad day, but I won’t be using Lo Cost Pharmacy in the future.

No one in town carried a prescription we needed. I came in and explained- not only is the medicine expensive to consumers it is expensive for the pharmacy to carry. Karen went above and beyond for us coordinating with the pharmacist and our insurance and the manufacturing coupon to get the price low enough that we can afford it AND did everything she could to get the medicine to Savannah for us in a matter of a couple days. We are so grateful and looking forward to doing business here for many years to come.

Pharmacy staff was nice. This was my first visit. Here they do. Compounds medications. It was a nice little locally owned pharmacy. I would have given it five stars if they would have had a drive-thru

I come over here almost every other day while I’m at work definitely the sweetest people in this location and they do listen when you ask
