LMG's Primary & Immediate Care Center

I've been a long time patient of LMG and I've generally been well pleased.I've been seeing Dr. Jeffrey Martin for probably 15 years, and it's always been a good experience. I wanted to get a physical done and was unable to get an AM appointment with Dr. Martin until early January, so I reluctantly agreed to see a doctor that was new to me. To say I was thoroughly impressed would be an understatement, and I'm a grumpy, old man. Cecilia Winowiecki was knowledgeable, informative, had a great bedside manner, and was easy to talk to. If you're looking for a new doctor, I would highly recommend her. I needed to see a doctor on a Sunday and was thankful they were open. I went around 2pm on a Sunday and there were only a couple patients waiting. It was very fast to get in to see the doctor. I saw Dr. Shelby and she was very kind/patient and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner! The nurse (I didn’t catch her name) but was also very nice and patient. My regular doctor is part of Leesburg Sterling Family Practice and this office is part of their network. The building is wheel chair accessible and has an auto-open button on the outside and the inside of the building. LMG’s office is on the first floor. I usually come to this location for urgent care with my guardian, but I did come alone today and I am still Learning how to do all these appointments by myself, as I am still a child, and I came to the office rudely assisted by this one lady at the front desk named Carol/ Karol. Mind you I’ve been coming here my entire life and they know me very well and she made it seem like she couldn’t assist me just because she didn’t have knowledge on some type of thing that she could’ve asked for help with. Another funny thing is that she was talking about me poorly to a coworker on the phone and I could literally hear it while I’m getting helped by in an office. So that was pretty funny, but extremely unprofessional I don’t know who hires these women. Very unprofessional and rude, How are you going

Incompetent, uncaring, late. First two visits were rescheduled day of or day before. Finally one visit was kept, arrived at 1:45 and "doctor" did not enter the room until 2:30. Grossly incompetent physician, left early for the day after being late and not providing an explanation for why the medications we discussed were not called in to the pharmacy. Lazy, awful people.

Dr Lione He’s a savior my first appointment with him he right away figure out I was Diabetic type/2 , high blood pressure and Some other things immediately put me on the medication and weight losing program. Thanks to him. I am going back to normal. Also wanna thank him for helping with my son‘s college forms and having him to on the missing immunizations and shots some people complains about waiting, but everyone should remember people who is most famous are the one the most busiest so if you don’t want the best then don’t go to him Also, I like the special tank to front desk agent her name. I am having difficulty remembering either Karen, Catherine or Caterina Professional young lady very helpful. She specially took time to help out with my son‘s college applications. I also wanna add mo
