LMC Batesburg-Leesville Primary Care

i have never had a dr like doctor GUNTER!! he makes me comfortable to talk to him and he really does care about his patients and it’s hard to find this within a dr cause i don’t like most doctors i have by far he’s my favorite doctor🧑🏻‍⚕️🩺

Dr.Gunter is awesome! You can tell he cares about his patient's. He actually takes the time to listen to your concerns and needs. They staff there have all been great to me also. So glad I finally found an awesome Doctor with great staff.

I want to give a shout out to this facility and everyone I have talked to there this week. My mother is in her 70s and after taking her for her routine lab work, as we expected she appears to have an infection and her specialist after 2 days has not even looked at the labs ( and they have power). So I called her primary care from this facility( doesn't have full power yet) and after looking at her labs called her in an antibiotic. So, we can finally get her on the mend. I highly recommend using the Batesburg Leesville Lexington medical facility. They are the best.

Do not go here. We have taken our children here a few times this school year and EACH time we were told they would send over excuses for them. Today they told me on the phone they don't do that. So now I know why the school is saying they have some many unexcused absences. They will tell you they will extend an excuse and when you need that extension they say you should have brought them back in. Why do I need to take my kids back in for the same issue that they didn't do anything about some of the reasons they went in? They just want to charge Medicaid more money or get more copay out of your pocket. Do NOT trust these people. Go here at your health's risk. Lexington isn't far enough away to ever go back here.

Dr.Gunter is truly one of a kind. He listens, and truly cares about his patients! Not to mention the ladies in the front office are always so kind! I’m so grateful to have found a doctor who truly wants to help me be my best, healthy self!
