My mother in law has been at Arbor Woods for three months and it is a joke. She has had her dentures taken, hearing aids lost by staff, and we have been told in no uncertain terms it’s ‘not their problem.’ When we discussed filing a police report, the director laughed at the notion of a civil suit and said, ‘go ahead. You won’t win’ We have confirmed with the licensing and regulatory affairs they have had 5 complaints filed against them in the last four days. We confirmed with staff members seven residents left in the last three days and more are leaving. We’ve given notice and are removing her from there. Staff is very kind and caring. The new administrator and his team are fabulous.
