Tracy fitted me for a walker boot. She was nice, professional, answered all of my questions. I was in and out pretty quickly. Happy with my experience.

This pharmacy is a disgrace!! My Father received a medical scooter and 14 months ago and with a month it was failing to stay charged. I called once a month for a year and the owner "Gary" had an excuse every time for not coming out to correct check out the issue. I filed a complaint with the insurance company and Gary never got back to them either, so they closed the claim. My Father is bed bound and now the scooter doesn't last 5 minutes on. Gary still hasn't come out to check the device after promising last month to do so. This man is suppose to be delivering a service to people in need. disgusting!

I had a double mastectomy and am eligible for 6 bras every year. Got 2 last year, NONE this year. And it's October already. Fitter never calls me back. Have called and called. Ranted to person who answered phone and apologized. She said boss doesn't like to pay for something he doesn't have in advance. My insurance pays promptly so he shouldn't worry. I am totally disgusted with them.

Quite literally the poorest customer service I have ever had to deal with. They took it upon themselves to order my son a new wheelchair without an evaluation or even basic measurements and when I questioned them about who took it upon themselves to order a chair without speaking with myself or my sons father on what we wanted or what he’s had previously or what supports he may need on the wheelchair quite literally nobody could give me an answer. I asked for multiple phone calls back and never received one. They gave my sons community health worker just as much attitude that they gave me when she even called to get clarification on how a wheelchair was ordered without the evaluation we were working hard to get approved and they couldn’t give her answers either.
