Dr.Lugo has been a blessing! I am a mother now but she was previously my pediatrician and i love her so much my son now sees her! She has always been so genuine and so caring! The front desk ladies are also wonderful I know them since i was seen there.

Employees do not arrive on time for their working hours.

We have been with Dr Lugo for many years now, and she is the most child-friendly pediatrician that I've ever met. She will take the time to explain and build confidence and connection with my child, and my child absolutely loves her and trusts her completely. Dr Lugo takes the time to explain what is going on and empowers us to make the best decisions. I just cannot say enough good things about this wonderful pediatrician. And we love the office staff - they'll always go the extra mile for people, and the same people have been there for years, so they're well versed in managing insurance etc. We love L & L Pediatrics!

We love Dr Lugo!!! She has been taking care of both my children since birth! She is the best pediatrician there is, so caring and knowledgeable. She really gets to know her patients and takes care of them to the best of her ability at any given time. I would recommend her a million times to anyone I know ❤️

I would definitely give them the 5 stars if it wasn't because the FRONT DESK IS HORRIBLE . I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Lugo for 5 years and she is a very good doctor. but the front desk doesn't want to or doesn't know how to do her job. She called me several times to charge me a super high copay, according to her I had to pay for the consultation 100% as if I didn't have insurance and I told her several times that my insurance only paid $15 copay and that I had called the insurance myself to confirm. She almost made me miss my appointment and she made me waste a lot of time. I had to tell her to call the insurance herself to confirm what exactly my insurance covers. Am I supposed to tell her how to proceed with her job? Isn't she supposed to confirm insurance information? Fin
