Food is far from healthy. Nurses and aids are rarely here. Those that do work are great and overworked. I would NEVER recommend Luvingston Hills for anyone. Medical care is a joke. The facility doctor is never here. His nurse practitioner is supposedly here 3 days a week but that does not do any good, she is informed about injuries and other medical needs and does nothing. I have been made to be in severe pain because they refuse to give me something that actually works. When I asked to go to the emergency room, they told the nurse not to send me. When I tell them that I want to go to my own doctor I'm told I can't. Absolutely no psychiatric care, many residents that are here have some kind of psychiatric problems and there is Noone to address this with the resident. When I said I would f

The worst facility ever. They don’t feed you according to your health needs. Whatever their serving is what your stuck eating so eat it or starve. By the way it’s ice cold when you get it. Sure because it’s the nurse who has to dish it out in between her own work. There is no nurse overnight at times. If you’re in pain overnight that’s too bad because your not gonna get your meds until 7 am. If your a patient who wears diapers be prepared to sit in your mess for 18 hours as my roommate did and no assistance changing her. Her skin was raw! You’re lucky if they let you shower 2 times a week. You have to threaten them you’ll make a mess in your bathroom to get them to use the shower room. The list goes on and on as to the reasons this place should be shut down.

I used to visit my father in law there several years ago, I had some concerns then, but never a concern about how his care was being done. He was always cared for with dignity and respect. When he was placed on hospice care we couldn't have asked for anything better or better caregivers. My concerns diminished and am grateful for the hard working, caring, selfless staff there who go above and beyond for our loved ones. I now have the privilege of being a part of the great team they have there. The love, concern, compassion and care I witness daily takes my breathe away. I applaud all the staff there from the maintenance to the housekeeping to the kitchen staff, nurses, cna's, activities, everybody there. Thank you for being loving, caring, kind, generous and embracing our elder popul

Livingston Hills far surpassed my expectations and truly gave me comfort in knowing my mom was safe and happy under their care. She was admitted for rehab from the hospital after having strokes and a fall, and also being diagnosed with dementia at the same time. The care and passion that every single member of the care team has made my mom feel extremely comfortable and supported during a time that was pretty scary for her. Not only have they been great with my mom, but in communicating with me, as well. They really go out of their way to ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of those under their care. I couldn't be more greatful to everyone there and would highly recommend Livingston Hills to anyone who needs this care.

I visited my uncle this week who arrived at Livingston a couple of weeks ago. He seems to be very happy with his stay here so far. It was very clean and everyone was very accommodating. We are anxious for him to get home after rehab, but we know he is in good hands until then.
