I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism at this office. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating and honestly unacceptable for a doctor’s office. What is most concerning is that many of the problems I experienced point to poor management and a lack of oversight within the office. The staff came across as dismissive and unhelpful, communication was really lacking, and there appeared to be very little respect for patients’ time and concerns. A doctors office should be a place where patients feel listened to and cared for, but the atmosphere here made it feel like patients were more of an inconvenience than a priority. During my phone call with the manager Heidi, I felt particularly uncomfortable and disheartened. The way she spoke to me felt belittling and d
I don't typically write reviews, but I've been seeing Dr. Welter here for a couple of years now, and they do great work! The environment is always clean and welcoming. The staff are super friendly-- they really make you feel taken care of. I come every three months for a medication check, and they always make a note of making me feel remembered. The medical assistant who took my vitals today even noticed I'd changed my hair. Dr. Welter always takes time to listen to my concerns and works with me to find solutions. I don't feel like I'm being rushed out the door like I have at other doctor's offices. They make it feel like you're a team, rather than just someone under a microscope. Thank you guys, keep up the good work!

I will never go back here. They overcharged me and their pricing is all over the place. I was there almost 3 hours, and 45 minutes minutes of that was after my visit sitting in the waiting room. I waited for them to make up pricing and finally had to leave to get back to my job. They finally called me later to give me a price and pay a lot more than I did the time before. They forgot what my blood pressure was and I had to remind them. The doctor seemed annoyed that I was sharing anything about my medical history. The receptionist laughed on the phone when she talked about how long it took, meanwhile I’m clocked out from work. They said the lab area was backed up (I waited 30 minutes) and when I went in there three people were just sitting around talking. I wouldn’t ever go back here. Ve
I initially came to the Logan office and I was about 10 minutes early so I could fill out the forms. They did not seat me until about 10 minutes after my appointment. I waited for another 20 minutes or so and then I left. They must have been really behind. I was very surprised when I initially arrived to find that the staff there seemed to care more about money than they did about people. Every sign talks about money. The person that led me back was very kind to do the initial vitals. I was very surprised that there is a very strong nicotine smell in the hallway. It's as though people are actually smoking in the hallway. I was led to a room that was extremely low lit. I chose to leave after sitting there and waiting for nearly 30 minutes over my initial appointment. When I chose to leave t
