We took our pug in here today for initial shots and examination. Everyone was extremely pleasant and friendly and it obvious they actually love animals here. They handled our pug very well and were very informative about what they were doing and why. I feel comfortable leaving our baby here for services without worry about whether or not he is in good hands. I live very close so I can walk here when needed which is another plus. The building is great and it’s like a brand new hospital inside with everything needed from shots to surgery. Parking is sufficient but you have to know where to park, it can be confusing at first but it’s simple. You can pull in off of beach or Ellis and there is a covered garage for the whole building with a specific area dedicated to the retail offices that are

Best vet experience for my 10yr old cat. The staff at Livewell are all so kind & friendly. The clinic was super clean and calm which was really nice for my very shy and anxious cat. Dr Nichols is the absolute best! She went above and beyond for my sick baby. She continued to check in weeks after our visit to make sure my cats health was improving. 10/10 recommend LiveWell HB and Dr Nichols.

Dr Nichols and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and truly care about your pets! The entire process from scheduling to the appointment to check out is a breeze with their helpful staff and advanced technology. As a new puppy parent, she answered all of my questions and concerns and really took the time to make sure I felt confident in my options for taking care of my new puppy! Abbie the Hospital Manger, walked me through each process of the appointment and was very thorough with explaining everything to me from what each vaccine protects against and the very transparent cost breakdown for everything. Fantastic doctor and staff. I’ve followed Dr. Nichols from another clinic and we have been loyal clients for several years now. So happy to now join her at her new clinic! She has the best bedside manners and her support was instrumental a few years ago when one of my pups had a major acute issue. Come check them out at Livewell, beautiful facility, great location, ample parking in a covered garage at the back of the building. Wonderful support technicians, very reasonably priced. Besides great care and services you and your beloved pets get the royal treatment with snacks and beverages :).

I had a great experience at this vet clinic. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone was friendly, patient, and professional, shout out to Abbie and Dr. Nichols. They really care about their patients. I would definitely recommend them. Dr.Nichols Listens to your concerns and asks detailed questions about symptoms. Includes a comprehensive physical check: looking, listening (heart, lungs), touching (palpation), and examining eyes, ears, throat, and extremities. I felt very comfortable bringing my pet here and will definitely be coming back.
