I could not recommend Dr. Chung and his wonderful team, Monica & Tab, more! I first met Dr. Chung and Tab at Parker & Ace and was devastated to hear about their closure - my cat loved them :( after a terrible visit to a new vet, I knew I had to find Dr. Chung again and I’m SO glad I did. Simply put - the vibes are good - my cat was relaxed, cuddling in my arms during the visit. Their kindness, patience, and intuitive knowledge of animals goes far beyond anything I’ve experienced elsewhere! I will truly follow this team anywhere they go (so please don’t ever leave the DMV <3)

Dr. Sanchez is truly amazing! From the moment we walked in with our dog Milo, she made us feel so comfortable and cared for. You can tell right away how much she genuinely loves animals and takes pride in her work. She didn’t rush through anything — she took her time during the exam, explained everything clearly, and really helped us understand what was going on with Milo and how we could better support him at home. What stood out the most was how compassionate and patient she was, not just with Milo but with us too. She answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!) with so much kindness and knowledge. Great experience! They were able to get my cat in and treat her same day. Everyone on the staff was welcoming and accomodating and most importantly, they were great with my cat and made her feel comfortable. The doctor explained everything very thoroughly and answered any question I had. I left with a cat that felt a million times better and solid follow up steps and meds. Highly recommend!

I took my husky here for vaccinations, and it was a positive experience. Huskies can be a handful, but the staff knew exactly how to handle my baby with confidence and care. They were not only professional but also genuinely friendly and patient throughout the visit. Highly recommend this clinic!

Our newly adopted dog got an eye infection on a Sunday and we took her to Livewell Shaw as they opened on Monday morning. Even though they already had scheduled appointments they made time to register us and treat our dog. Everyone was professional, friendly, and informative, and we were out of there under one hour with medication in hand. The eye infection began to improve the same day. The location is super convenient, we feel very lucky to have such easy access to quality pet care.
