Livewell Animal Hospital at The Parks

Everyone in this vet clinic are really wonderful very friendly. From Jared in the front greeted us with a warm smile, and was very helpful about getting in touch with our old let's clinic to get my Bianca's medical record. Bobbi who's full of energy and passionate with what she does. Bianca loved her right away! And of course, Dr. Germann, who's really wonderful, very friendly, very gentle with my baby and she gave Bianca's vaccines so quick that she didn't even notice that she got poked! I would recommend this Animal Hospital to my frienda and family because the location is very convenient and we had such great first time experience! And also, the place is really clean! We had an amazing experience at this clinic with my cat, Tiger. Dr. Tania Germann, DVM, and Bobbie Taylor, the veterinary assistant, were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, patient, and very thorough, and they took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. Tiger was treated with such gentleness and care, and you can tell they truly love what they do. The entire visit felt welcoming and professional. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinary staff.

I wish I could give them 100 stars. Our sweet puppy woke up the morning after a blizzard with his eyes swollen shut and pink. We called what felt like a million offices/ERs and Livewell was the only one to not only be open today, but to be so kind on the phone and schedule us for a same day appointment. When we arrived they took us right back to a room and treated us and our pup with such kindness and respect. Jared and Dr. Germann came in quickly, assessed our pup, and treated him promptly. We are so grateful for this clinic for not only being open when everything else was closed, but for taking the time to care for our sweet baby so well. They even gave us a cost estimate before performing any tests, which vets never do. We are so appreciative and would recommend this clinic to everyone.

I had such a great first experience at Livewell Animal Hospital with my puppy, Chloe! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming and kind. Rae was incredibly helpful, Bobble made Chloe feel right at home, and Dr. Germann was wonderful gentle, thorough, and so easy to talk to. I really felt like Chloe was in great hands, and that means the world to me as a new puppy parent. I truly trust the team here and am so glad we found them. Thank you again

Had a very smooth and successful surgery for our cat Xiaohu after he swallowed a rubber band and couldn’t pass it on his own. We rushed in with him vomiting badly and Dr. Germann took amazing care of him. Dr. Germann was professional, kind, and patient, and gave a very thorough exam with a clear treatment plan. We went back three days in a row and everything was always well explained and documented. Everyone we met at the hospital was welcoming and happy to answer questions. I came in full of worry but felt so much better once I saw how much they care for every animal. Prices were transparent and reasonable. So glad we chose this place and trusted the team with Xiaohu’s surgery.
