Such a wonderful massage and overall experience with Chris. He walked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable, while asking plenty of questions to make sure he addressed the right issues. 2-3 days later and my primary back pain is gone! He also taught me specific exercises I can practice at home to continue my treatment. Thank you Chris, I can’t wait to come back!

Chris was amazing. 3 days ago, I had really bad knots in my left upper shoulder blade that got so painful I had to go to urgent care. After letting the inflammation calm down, I went to see him and he made such a difference. He is a plant daddy so his establishment is very zen surrounded by his beautiful plants. He was patient, thorough, and really worked through the tension. I appreciated his advice on how to properly stretch throughout the workday to minimize tension buildup because I’m sure that’s what happened to me at work and truthfully, I have to pay more attention on my wellness as I have been neglecting it due to life demands. Chris is an incredible massage therapist. He’s extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to understand what your body actually needs, which makes every session feel intentional and effective. His space is welcoming, calm, and beautifully set up to help you relax the moment you walk in. Being worked on by Chris is truly relaxing—he has a way of making you feel completely at ease while still doing deep, meaningful work. I always leave feeling better, both physically and mentally.

Chris does a great job at listening to my needs and goals and adjusts his approach to support them. As someone who lifts, being able to stay healthy is important to me, and Chris was able to identify and target all problem areas. I already felt relief after the first session. Lastly, he also provides solid advice and take-home exercises to maintain staying pain-free outside of our sessions. Would highly recommend him for anyone, but specially athletes and people looking to achieve fitness goals.

I’ve now gone to see Chris twice and can’t say enough good things about the experience. I have been dealing with a pulled muscle and back pain, and he is the perfect combo of deep bodywork and massage. He is very knowledgeable and professional, addresses any specific issues you’re having, and talks you through future steps as well. Also one of the best massages I have ever had. Highly recommend.
