So glad I found this dentist online after a bad experience elsewhere! They are incredibly patient, sweet, and never push unnecessary treatments—they simply explain what they see and provide recommendations. I love that they send a clear treatment plan with estimated costs upfront. Plus, they have been wonderful with my daughter’s two toddlers. Highly recommend!

Wow. I wish I had better things to say about this practice but the receptionist/practice manager/book keeper is an absolute disaster. If this office wants to continue treating patients the front desk staff need proper training in communication and basic customer service skills. I would also strongly recommend that patients review every bill and insurance charge in detail before paying anything. After my experiences, I have serious concerns about billing transparency and accuracy. Patients should carefully verify what is being charged to both them and their insurance providers.

I’ve had three separate negative experiences with this dental office, all due to extremely poor communication and unprofessional management. On multiple occasions, my appointments were canceled without any proper notice. No phone call, no voicemail, no text, and no follow-up. I only found out because I arrived at the office myself the morning of my appointment that took 6 months to get. That is completely unacceptable for a healthcare provider. Patients schedule dental care around work and family commitments, and the least a practice can do is communicate clearly and responsibly. Having a staff member out is not an excuse for not communicating to clients their appointment has been canceled. What’s even more concerning is the response when this is addressed. I usually dread a dentist visit but it was such an enjoyable experience. Becky the receptionist is warm and inviting and Dr Anne was very kind and professional , I absolutely adored Helga, she as very nice to talk with and had me smiling the whole time. I was very at ease in this office and look forward to my future appointments.
