Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care - New Braunfels

Highly recommend Pediatric Urgent Care! Had such a great experience! Time wait is not long what so ever, especially being a walk in. Easy process. Though, I would like to recognize the Medical Assistant Belinda with her kind passionate heart! Soothed my daughter’s heart! And Dr. Porrata was so sweet and gentle! Always a wonderful atmosphere!

The experience with my daughter was great… from the first interaction at the office to the last! I believe her name was Kat(sp?). She helped me when I messed up and gave my debit card instead of my HSA! Then the nurse and the NP that saw us and checked out my daughter were both super friendly and explanatory! Even though we hope we don’t have to go back… will definitely be our first choice if the need arises!

I usually only write reviews if my experience was very positive or very negative. In this case, I felt as though the front desk lady was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I didn't write a review until I recommended this place to a good friend who had the exact same experience with the same front desk lady. So, because it wasnt only me who had the same experience, I realized it wasnt just a me thing. Here is some advice, when parents come in with sick children the LAST THING they need is someone being rude, sarcastic, or condescending with them. Please be at the very least decent with people. Especially parents who already have a lot on their minds. Will never come back here.

Scheduling and check-in was fantastic, the medical assistant who brought us back was not the most friendly. The doctor spent less than five minutes looking at my son and wouldn’t bother answering any questions or concerns that I had. Had one foot out the door still asking me about symptoms and saying “oh yeah he will have fever for 5 to 7 days” we were with the provider for less than 4 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend the provider.

Very easy and quick to book an appointment online. One was available within an hour. Very short wait in the waiting room then as soon as we got into our own patient room, the doctor was in within a few minutes. Very quick, prompt attention and so very sweet to my kid. The entire staff was friendly. One of the best urgent care visits from start to finish.
