This reviewFor that Dr . Keith Holm I am very disappointed with this clinic. After my son’s visit, he developed a severe infection due to poor treatment. The lack of proper care and follow-up was unacceptable not recommended Dactor I believe more care and attention should have been given to prevent such complications .

We found this office after an awful experience at a children’s dentist in Peoria. Little Smiles is amazing. From Mario who answers the phone with ALL the info you can ask about to Dr Holm who refuses to stress at work—meaning my kiddos are completely as ease before he even walks in the room. I highly suggest this office if you have sensitive children. I’m probably going to make an appointment for myself because they are truly that amazing.

Have been taking my son to little smiles for about 3 or 4 years. Their staff knows how to interact with children and keep them happy while having work done. That's the most important piece to pediatric dentistry. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist for your kid(s)!

Always great service here. The techs do a wonderful job. The place definitely caters to kids and my kids love it here.

We absolutely LOVE Dr Holm and all the staff at Little Smiles of Surprise!! My family has been going there for several years and have never been disappointed in the care we have received. And do t let the name fool you .... They treat Big Smiles (adults) too!
