Little Crown Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics | Sierra Madre

My 6 years old son was traumatized because of the dentist's(Allen Khai) incompetence! He didn't make sure that the numbing actually worked and kept drilling down in to the root canal while my son was screaming terrified in pain. When I told the dentist that it looks like the numbing didn't work he kept saying no it doesn't hurts and kept drilling. My son kept screaming that it hurts and was asking to stop but he kept insisting that it can't hurt. This was the worst experience and a torture for my little guy. This was my son's first time and now I don't know how I can convince him to see a dentist again. We will never go back to this office.

We had a great experience for our daughters at Little Crown in Sierra Madre. There is a big room with several chairs together. My initial thought was that there is no privacy. But it was actually brilliant! Then our 2 year old could see her big sister and that helped her to feel comfortable. And it's convenient as siblings can get checked at the same time. The staff were all super friendly and great with the kids. Would definitely recommend this place to other families!

This dental office is beyond terrific! Every encounter that we've had as a family has been positive--from the front desk to the assistants, to the doctors--we are so lucky to have found this place. My girls love fun atmosphere and I am always impressed with the warm and professional nature of Little Crown. My youngest cannot wait to get braces like her big sister! Who would have thought?! So pleased that I no longer have to worry that I will have to drag tearful kids into the office--they've even started reminding me of their own appointments!

This office is amazing! The first thing you notice is how calm it is--which I wouldn't have expected from a pediatric dentist. The front office staff is welcoming and the wait time is short. Very low stress. I was very impressed with how clean the office was as well. I am an adult and wanted Invisalign, and decided to visit this office on a whim--and I am so glad I did! It definitely isn't just for kids. Dr. Wu is incredible. She is very patient and explained treatment options in understandable terms. She made me feel very comfortable and didn't pressure me to rush into any decisions. I would recommend this office to anyone, regardless of age, that is looking for an honest dental office that is warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

Our four year old son had such a great first dentist visit. Staff were happy, personable, and professional. We were impressed with the quality of care and look forward to returning. Our little boy has to see a lot of doctors so he tends to be really nervous, but he had no problem having them examine his mouth. Thank you Little Crown!
