Little Antz Physical Therapy

Dr J is so warm, kind and accommodating. She also has a very nice space. We’ve seen other providers and now I definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s the most knowledgeable therapist we have seen.

Following the birth of my baby, my Midwife recommended Little Antz Physical Therapy and I’m so glad I listened to her. I highly recommend Dr. Jacquet for physical therapy. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about women’s health and does an excellent job at educating her patients on women’s anatomy and pelvic floor health during each session (something most of us never got the chance to learn in any health class). I’ve learned valuable skills from Dr. Jacquet, from learning stretches to help hip mobility, to using breath work throughout all strengthening exercises, to creating a plan to build myself back up to running. My daughter was born with lip tie and tongue ties, and early on she was diagnosed with torticollis. Quite simply, Leticia is amazing! My family and I feel blessed and honored that we were able to work with such an amazing physical therapist. She is sweet, kind, patient and has a wonderful disposition! She was always happy and at ease when she worked with my daughter. Up until that first physical therapy visit, my daughter would cry when she saw a new person that she did not recognize. As a busy mom, I haven’t been able to dedicate the time I want to in writing a detailed review for Little Antz PT but, I will tell you this… since my appointment earlier this week I have told my chiropractor, midwife, doula and all my friends about Dr. Jaquet’s practice! Thorough exam, outstanding communication, a beautiful spa like office, and they are in network with my insurance! Little Antz is a true unicorn and I’m so thankful to have found them!

I have only had my consultation with Dr J but I already know that I’m in great hands. I don’t doubt that it will take dedicated hard work to get to where I want to be but I know that I now have a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and serious guide to help take me there.
