I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment (they request 10 mins) and didn't get the paperwork to fill out until maybe half an hour later. I waited in lobby for 45 mins for my early morning appointment. Receptionist was friendly but overwhelmed between checking people in and answering calls, they may need to add someone to just do asmin/calls to alleviate the extra long check in process. This was my first visit and everyone was friendly but the it felt like the Doctor was trying to force her anti-birth control ideals on me. She repeated stated that I should switch my gynecology to their office but that she doesn't do birth control because she prefers the natural route. That seemed extremely unprofessional for a medical doctor.

I am trying to make my first appointment . I have pre registered on the website . Nobody picks up the phone . I have been trying for over an hour . If this is the way they treat their patients it is really discouraging . I have chronic issues and I have been waiting for weeks for them to call me back . They finally fid but I am trying to make the app and there is no one picking up the phone 🙁 And there is no way to contact them even by email or anything .So I don’t know what to do . They say that they are open but they don’t seem to be working , I really really want to be his patient . I have heard many good things about him but if patients cannot reach the reception ….. how can we make the appointments?

If you’re a new parent - avoid. Your concerns will be addressed to as a “waste of time” and you’ll feel embarrassed by how you’ll be spoken to. If a doctor is too annoyed by new parents having concerns for their newborn, then maybe that doctor should seek a different profession.

I am very disappointed in the way this office manages patient care. The doctor gives out his number and encourages patients to call and be seen the same day, but that has never been my experience. Each time I’ve tried, I’ve been told there are no available appointments, leaving me feeling like my care is not accessible. As a vulnerable patient who needs specific care that only a primary care provider can provide, I expected better support.
