Liss Pharmacy

I have been going to Liss Pharmacy for 12 plus years and the reason is because of the wonderful, beautiful staff that always treat me so nice and kind all the time no matter what time you go in to the pharmacy. I mentioned to one of the staff, that I moved to Elizabeth but the reason why I still travel to them is because of the Staff and the Owner.

My mom has been getting her meds here for years and the service is always great. They're on a first name basis with her and the location is very near to her. Plus they have delivery service which is great. They are very professional..

I have been a long time customer of Liss Pharmacy thanks to the convenience of its location and the general quickness of the service here. Today unfortunately I asked a simple question over the phone in regards to a prescription and the worker who goes by the name of Jenni/Jenny was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I was in shock. Working in customer service myself I could never imagine speaking to a customer or guest in such a fowl and negative manner. This interaction today honestly has driven me to consider different pharmacies in the area. I really hope that the higher management of this office takes note of this unacceptable behavior, and better etiquette can hopefully be applied to anyone who picks up phone calls here. I am highly disappointed.

Had to get painkillers from the dentist and I kid you not 5 minutes after they sent the prescription I got a call saying it’s done. I walked in said my name and DOB, waited a bit while they overlook it, handed it off, done. Been going to this pharmacy since I was a child with my mom. I still continue at 21 years old. I don’t think i’ll ever switch pharmacies. Never ever had an issue. May 2025 Update: Just downloaded the app, they provide a picture of you medication and when’s the next refill date, easy to put into cart, transfer prescription option. I love it.

This pharmacy has been a part of my family for many years. Everyone is friendly, professional and the service is fast.
