The clinical staff does not read or cannot read the doctor's notes and provides incorrect discharge instructions. I was told they don't read her notes. I feel like they over do tests and repeat the same tests over and over again. I did not feel like a welcome patient, I felt more like a number who generates income for the practice. I will not go back again.

Dr feulner is the rudest , meanest Dr ever . I had a simple eye procedure . She gave no direction as to what she was doing , she screamed at me for touching my face even though my eyes were watering from what she was doing , and seemed irritated and actuated screamed at me again . I left in shock , as speaking to other eye drs in the area , they get this complaint from her former patients all the time . I would never ever go too this Dr for any reason .

Beware of doctors! Liars! I’ve been going to the office since 2019, in 2021 on my visit, waited 2 hours to see Dr, I let her know I didn’t appreciate it, she told me you don’t need your medicine anymore and come back in a year! I’ve been going to the doctor every 6 months for the last 10 plus years, I ask 3 times about the medicine, I’ve been taking over 10 years, she said no don’t take it! I went back this year eye pressures up to over 30 in one eye & almost 30 in the other! She said she didn’t tell me that! She’s a liar! Beware of these Doctors they lie and get away with it! The girl that worked there when this happened has left employment.

One of the best surgeons around. Wish there were more like Dr. Feulner in the field.

Front office staff is rude. They also do not understand basic insurance protocol.
