Lisa C. Fassett, LPC

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Fassett for several months now. We are both very different and often times that can be hard in a relationship but she has done an amazing job leveraging our individual strengths to pick up each other’s short falls. She has helped us to come up with strategies and communication methods that actually work. She is fair and wants both people to see their part in an argument even though it may appear only 1 person is in the wrong. She has grown to really know and understand us which enables her to guide us better. I highly recommend her!!

After changing the date and being late to my first sessions, Dr. Fassett proceeded to not show up to the second session at all. I waited for over 30 minutes, attempted to call her which went right to voicemail. She then emailed me later that night saying she didn’t have my appointment on her calendar (even though I was sent reminders) and that she had an excuse for not showing up. Rightfully so it didn’t leave me feeling great about this experience so I opted out of services. She then proceeded to charge my credit card for sessions I didn’t even attend. Needless to say, my first time giving therapy a shot was by far the worst experience.
