Lin's Richfield Pharmacy

Came in looking for a product and they did not carry it, but the pharmacist Kesha went totally out of her way. Went as far as calling her sister because she knew her sister had gotten her hands on what I was looking for. Made for a great experience. Thank you.

I don't use this pharmacy for my everyday medications. However, I've had to use them once in a great while for emergency situations. As an example, I got a prescription from the ER over the weekend, and my usual pharmacy was closed. So I came here to fill my prescription. I was dreading it to be fair because the other time I came here to fill a prescription months ago, the pharmacist was extremely rude. He claimed he was unable to fill a prescription because I don't use them regularly. I explained that I was just in the ER and my typical pharmacy was closed (he should've known this, though considering where the prescription was from and since I dont typicallyfill here). He ended up keeping my prescription preventing me from trying to fill at Walmart. So I had to wait until Monday to speak

Pharmacist was not polite and seemed annoyed and was rude. That is not acceptable when helping patients with their needs. Being understanding and kind can really make a difference for the better. Very disappointing and did not need to be so difficult. I hope the pharmacist can realize how they treated someone and change to appropriate customer service.

This place is the best! The service was great! The people were very friendly and welcoming. I honestly couldn't ask for a better pharmacy experience. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

I needed to get a prescription and Lin's had it ready super fast! The lady who helped me was super nice :) definitely a good place to go to!
