The girls there are all awesome. They are helpful caring and always smile couldn't ask for better service.

I went in to pick up my script today and was treated disrespectful and they were very rude. My dr called in a script for ozempic due to being a new diabetic with an A1C of 9.9. Im not just someone trying to lose weight. They informed me that it needed a prior-auth and I informed them that optum called and said it was approved. The lady looked at me and said....well, we don't know that...very rude. Then she informed me my co-pay would be 241 dollars. I asked if that was a match from MillRun. She said they do not match MillRun. I voiced that they have always said they would match MillRun when I got my other script filled. It went from 45 to 15 dollars. They have told me that several times. She said NO, THATS OUR DISCOUNT AND IF YOU USE THAT, IT WILL BE 1400 Dollars. Very rude and disrespect

Back story - - I have dealt with a lot of pharmacies over the years between being my mother's caretaker and also with my health. That said - - THIS is the pharmacy you want to do business with. Trust me! Linesville Pharmacy is nestled into the quaint core of town. A little shop with gifts, trinkets, and personal needs. They have a little of something for everyone. I have lived here for 4 years and had been with a big chain pharmacy. I was tired of being treated like a number and not a name. The staff at Linesville Pharmacy treats you like you are important to them. They help take care of you. If you have any questions, which I ALWAYS do, they will take the time to answer them. I can't tell you how many times I have annoyed Becky and Jessica with the most ridiculous questions,

One of very few local pharmacies remaining in the region. Linesville Pharmacy offers free home delivery, portioned packaging and simple home town service you will not find with the big chain pharmacies. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

This pharmacy is an absolute treasure for our little town. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have helped me and family members resolve issues with our insurance. Do yourself a favor and check with them on any insurance issues or questions. I highly recommend this business.
