After my second time through childbirth I knew I wanted to prioritize my pelvic floor health and found Dr. Lindsay Schmitz. We spoke on the phone and discussed her process. Once I was medically cleared, I started sessions with her. She was extremely kind and professional throughout the session, ensuring I was comfortable and explaining what she was doing before making any movements. I felt immediate relief after and continued seeing her for pelvic floor needs and overall body aches from breastfeeding. She explains and shares so much that I felt like I learned something new about the human body each time I saw her! Highly recommend to anyone pregnant, in postpartum or a mom with littles that needs pelvis floor help. We need more pelvic floor therapists like Dr. Lindsay!
