We put our cattle dog, Lilly Belle, down today. That was horrific. She went fast, thank goodness... The vet literally interrupted Dan giving her a last treat to stop her heart and I'm so filled with rage. He said this will put her to sleep, but gave her the sedative and the heart stopping med in one syringe. He didn't ask if we were ready. He didn't offer us a final goodbye. He didn't explain what he was doing or how it worked. And he didn't notice that her dad was literally trying to talk to her and give her a last treat. Because he was ready to go home. I've never been so angry. I understand she had to go. She was in pain and it was necessary. But the lack of tact and cruelty to her daddy after he barely got there after work where he just started and couldn't miss training today to spend

You just don’t come across care like this anymore. Every time we step through the doors at the vet clinic in Comfort, it feels like coming home. Shelby always greets us with a warm smile, remembers our names, and treats our pets like her own. That kind of kindness sticks with you. Dr. Lindner’s the kind of vet you don’t second-guess. He explains things in a way that makes sense, never rushes, and always listens. You can tell he’s doing this for all the right reasons. Time and again, he’s gone the extra mile and we’re beyond thankful for both his skill and his heart. This place is everything a small-town vet should be genuine, reliable, and full of care. We feel lucky to have them in Comfort. If you’re looking for old-school service with real compassion, this is it.

Must say.. staff are comforting and professional. The Veterinarian is straight forward and direct (love it). This place is awesome and I'm glad I found them.

We've been taking our two dogs to the Lindner Animal Hospital for their medical needs for several years and have never been disappointed. Expert routine and urgent medical care from a staff that loves caring for animals. We have complete confidence in the team and trust that our pets will get the best care whenever we bring them in for a visit. My pup got a gnarly paw injury while we were visiting from out of town and this vet took us in with open arms. I was very impressed with how they handled everything, especially on a busy holiday weekend and the pricing was very reasonable. Grateful for this place!
