Lincoln Urgent Care Roseville

As a mama of two little ones, it's essential to have a care provider that is both efficient and effective in the care process.... from walk ins, registration, to services available in house, diagnostics, and treatment. I am thankful we ventured into Lincoln Urgent Care, as they'll now be our family go-to place for the faster services we need, and when we don't need to go to the ER. The staff - front office admin, intake nurses, diagnostic staff, x-ray technicians, and primary physicians were all so kind - patient - and thorough. I would give 6/5 stars if I could. It is a rarity to have a well rounded good experience these days. I initially arrived at the Lincoln office at 7:45 a.m. and was the first person in line. The customer service at the Lincoln office was excellent—professional, helpful, and respectful. However, I was informed that the specific drug screening I required was not performed at that location and was directed to the Roseville office. I was instructed to hand my paperwork to the staff there and was told I would be called to the back. Upon arrival at the Roseville location, I experienced a significant lack of professionalism. I was refused service until 9:00 a.m., despite staff being present. During this time, employees remained behind the desk talking amongst themselves, scrolling on their phones, and making side comments while I sat waiting in the lobby. My experience at this center was a very positive one. The care was very streamlined from the immediate check in on arrival to being seen by staff within 20 minutes. Everyone was professional and courteous. The NP took time to listen to my concerns and she was thorough in her assessment and treatment with clear explanations including follow up care. I would definitely recommend this place

Came in with Flu symptoms that I had been fighting for 5 days. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The office was super clean. This was my first visit to them and they made the process so easy. I was in and out in less then an hour. I would definitely come back here and recommend this place to anyone looking for quick, quality care!!! Thanks guys you're awesome!!!
