Lincoln Square Post-Acute Care

My father stayed there for 3 days. On his 3rd day he requested an ambulance and the nurse refused to call. My father called me in complete distress and I called 911. I called my father after I called 911 and I overheard the nurse come in a scold my dad for calling 911. I spoke loud through the phone and told him I called. When patients ask for an ambulance you need to listen to them. My dad was extremely septic, ultimately he passed away. All that nurse wanted to do was feed him pain pills. Extreme neglect happens at this facility. Also my dad told me they wouldn’t change his soiled diapers for about 30-45 minutes each time. Terrible facility. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY THERE!!!

Nice and friendly staff clean and it smelled good in some places and in other places smelled of old people

Lee was so chipper, up and awaiting my visit in the lobby. We were able to go out for a walk. He bragged on how good he was looking with a fresh shave, nicely manicured hands and spiffy outfit. He said Shirly does an outstanding in assisting him. A tremendous thank you from our family for the care you give my brother.

My husband's care has been excellent. The place is very clean, and the staff is very positive. I believe my husband getting better shows how well he is treated. I thank you for your support. I feel very comfortable asking any questions, if I need to. Keep up the wonderful work you do.

My dad room he shares with another men , he does not bathe and room smells really bad over 10 days!
