Everything about this practice exceeded my expectations. I have seen many orthodontists in many cities as a kid and as a teen and I have never had a better experience. I appreciated how quickly the staff got me in at every appointment and how easy the process was as a whole. Dr Tim Sagun makes an effort to have a personable relationship with every patient and always made sure I understood every step of my treatment. Overall, every aspect of my experience was great and I couldn't be happier with how my smile turned out. I am so glad I didn't go anywhere else!

My son has been seeing Dr Tim for several years and we were always pleased with the service and attention but he went above and beyond today…my son’s permanent retainer broke over Christmas break and when I called to ask if he could get in for a fix, Dr Tim came on his day off at 5pm to work on it!! Definitely a top notch office which we are grateful for.

We came to the practice by referral from our pediatric dentist. Our child had a lot of fear after a rough Phase 1 orthodontia with a different practice. This experience has been organized, friendly and all the previous anxiety my child experienced pretty much vanished. The outcome has been wonderful, so much so, that she almost didn't want the braces off! They became part of her style! Dr.Tim is comforting and educational and interested in his patients and their families. Recommend wholeheartedly!

Dr Tim Sagun has been amazing. I had to do Invisalign in order to have room for a couple implants. He created a treatment plan with my dentist and best of all kept my case open for over a year so that I could still do any tweaks that might be needed and get new retainers after my implant crowns were completed. I would definitely recommend LSO, everyone is nice and they're really reasonable with their financing options

I promised this review literal years ago, but better late than never? I went to Lincoln Square Orthodontics for Invisalign after they beat my dentist's price- by a LOT. Dr. Paul Wine and the staff took great care of me throughout the entire experience. The office is super clean with great technology. What made me promise a review, however, came after I thought I was done. My attachments were off, I was dutifully wearing my retainer every night... and my puppy chewed my retainer into oblivion. Dr. Wine's team made me feel better when I was SO embarrassed, and they were extremely generous about replacing my retainer. I have two dogs now, my retainer is still here, and my teeth look great.
