Why go to chain pharmacies when we have an awesome independent one right here in downtown Albany? You're nobody at CVS or Walgreens but at Lincoln Pharmacy, they get to know you by name and offer quality, personalized service. Sadly, I have to deal with one of those 'online' pharmacies for my long-term prescriptions. But for everything else, including my pups' Rxs, I go to Lincoln Pharmacy. At Lincoln, they actually answer their phones. They call you back when they have questions or updates. They treat you like a real person. That's the kind of service that's lacking from so many other pharmacies. If you want to feel like your health actually matters, go to Lincoln Pharmacy.

Came here on a Saturday it says they open at 9:00 a.m. but the doors were locked I had to call and have the pharmacist unlock the doors. Then I'm standing at the counter waiting while the girl is like clocking in and typing on the computer and whatever ignoring me... No acknowledgement that I'm standing there, like a "hi I'll be with you in a moment"... Nothing. Finally I ask about a bathroom which seems to prompt her to get my script. Hands it to me without a thank you, have a nice day, literally not a word just a rude look. This was my first time picking up a script here, not going to be coming back.

This is the best pharmacy by far . Everyone is so kind and patient ! Miss Nancy always has a smile . Mo is wonderful ! All the pharmacist take time to explain anything you need to know about your scrips !! Lovely local business!!
