Lincoln Dental

I am so grateful to find a dentist that I can feel comfortable with every other Dentist that I’ve been to I get anxiety. I don’t feel comfortable with this one. I can go in there and I don’t feel anxious. I don’t feel anxiety. I really like going there there are wonderful people there.

I went here for years and never had a bad experience with hygienists or dentists (except one for an emergency tooth pull that I ended up leaving before he could finish). But my two stars is for having to deal with the male receptionist at the front desk. His attitude alone made me hate going to this office and is ultimately why I switched and never went back. As a young adult still in college, he’d always make me feel inferior for asking basic questions about my dental needs or scheduling. I mentioned once I couldn’t schedule something until I talked to my parents about how I could pay for it (hundreds of dollars), and he mocked me for still needing my parents to help pay for me. Truly the most rude man I’ve ever encountered, why are you in a patient facing role??? I hope he retires soon,

Kieth was the best hygienist ever. Lots of good info and a thorough cleaning. Great manner and very competent. Made me feel I was in good hands! Dr Patel was the best as well. I look forward to seeing her in the future!

So efficient, kind and professional. Keith is excellent and the front of the house staff including Frank are knowledgeable, helpful and so pleasant!

Everybody was very pleasant and explained everything very well. The dental hygienist was amazing! I can’t remember her name right now, but she was fantastic. I plan to return and I will let other people know as well how pleased I was with this visit. Also, I thought I was just getting x-rays, but I got a cleaning also which surprised me and I was very happy about that.
